Pick a name, any name. They all know their stuff. Hence, the reason they’re our directors. And the people who will be spearheading how your account is managed. While you’re perusing their bios, something to keep in mind: in every agency, a few dedicated professionals are the force behind your future—the ones igniting change on your behalf. Meaning, yes, samples and spreadsheets and slick presentations go along way toward helping you figure out what an agency can do for you. But it’s also a good idea to see who’s driving the bus. And to assess if the chemistry is right. After all, if you’re like most of our clients, you’ll be spending a lot of years with these folks.
